Mr. Lee is a barrister-at-law of the Bar of England & Wales (Inner Temple) and holds a LLB (Honours) from King’s College London. He has also served at the London and Singapore offices of a leading international financial services group for approximately two years.

At the helm of IOIPG, Mr. Lee has provided resolute leadership in formulating high-level strategies to sustain growth across all business segments for the Group and led the transformation to increase the Group’s presence across Malaysia, Singapore and the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Under his stewardship, IOIPG has strengthened its presence in Singapore. In 2016, the Group acquired a site within Marina Bay for the development of IOI Central Boulevard Towers, a premium Grade A office space, and in 2017, commemorated the grand opening of JW Marriott Singapore, South Beach (a JV development). The Group further increased its footprint in 2021 by acquiring a 0.78-hectare plot of land to develop Marina View Residences and a 350-room hotel, the W Singapore - Marina View.

Mr. Lee remains poised to elevate IOIPG with his unwavering leadership and acute business acumen in delivering excellence.

Ms Shiow brings over three decades of experience and broad regional perspectives from her leadership roles in the Asia Pacific real estate development and fund management industries. Prior to joining IOI Properties Singapore, she served as CEO of Frasers Property, China, overseeing the Group’s residential, commercial, and logistics businesses, as well as investment and business development in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Her distinguished career also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer for Singapore and Southeast Asia, and Executive Vice President for International Markets, where she developed and executed strategies across growth markets. From 2021 to 2022, she also served as Acting Chief Operating Officer for Singapore Residential Development. Ms Shiow has held directorial and management positions at ARA Asset Management, ING Real Estate Asia, IPREAM (a joint venture between CapitaLand and ING Real Estate), and CapitaLand (Financial)

Ms Shiow holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Tibbott brings over two decades of experience in asset management, investment, and development, having held pivotal roles with some of Asia’s leading regional developers and private equity real estate firms.

Prior to joining IOI Properties Singapore, he served as the Head of Singapore and Regional Head of Asset Management at Chelsfield, where he successfully managed the opening of Lazada One at Bras Basah. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President at Frasers Property Limited in Bangkok, overseeing retail investment, asset management, and development in Thailand.

Mr Tibbott holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.

His 30 years of experience in the real estate and property industry, coupled with his diverse skill set, demonstrates a deep understanding of the entire property development lifecycle. His involvement in various aspects of property development, from land acquisition to property management and maintenance, highlights his comprehensive expertise in the field. Shawn’s in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in real estate, particularly in residential and commercial development, are valuable assets in the industry. His ability to apply robust and proactive controls from a clear baseline is indicative of his expertise in project management and programme development.

Shawn graduated from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Economics and Quality Surveying.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning portfolio management, business development, investment, asset management, and investor relations, Jimmy brings deep expertise across multiple asset classes and diverse markets, including Singapore, China, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining IOI Properties, Jimmy held several senior positions at Frasers Property Limited, most recently as Senior Vice President, Investment for Emerging Markets Asia. He also spearheaded business development efforts across China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia under Frasers’ International Markets division, and previously held leadership roles in Asset Management and Investor Relations for Frasers Commercial Trust. Earlier in his career, he was an Investment Analyst at Ascendas-MGM Funds Management, the manager of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust.

Jimmy holds a Master of Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

With four decades of experience in the built environment sector, Samantha brings deep expertise in creating commercially viable, environmentally responsible, and community-enriching spaces. She previously served as General Manager of South Beach Consortium, overseeing the Singapore’s iconic flagship mixed-use development, where she led the team to win multiple accolades and establish strong public recognition for the integrated development.

Samantha is widely recognized for driving strategic growth, optimizing commercial value, and enhancing customer experiences by integrating sustainability, innovation, placemaking, and strategic partnerships. She serves as a Board Member of Marina Central Business Improvement District, contributing her expertise in strategic partnerships, urban placemaking, and corporate collaborations to shape the Marina Centre business district.

Her career journey also includes senior roles at Pontiac Land Group, Deka Immobilien GmbH, OUE Limited, Toshin Development Co. Ltd., and Keppel Land. Samantha holds a Master of Science in CFO Leadership from the Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She is a Green Mark Accredited Professional certified by the Building and Construction Authority and holds certification in Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals from the Singapore Mediation Centre.

He held multiple senior roles at CapitaLand, including General Director of project companies, Board Director for CapitaLand Indonesia and North Vietnam, Regional General Manager (North Vietnam), and Head of Development for Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Jakarta, where he led a wide range of township, industrial, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He later served as Senior Vice President at Frasers Property, where he was General Manager, Commercial Properties, and Head of Project Development in Vietnam.

Earlier in his career, Nicholas worked with Keppel Land International and Hongkong Land. At Hongkong Land, he played a key role in delivering Marina Bay Financial Centre, a landmark mixed-use development of residences, offices, retail, and civic space. With Keppel Land Vietnam, he contributed to large-scale township and residential projects, building broad exposure across complex developments.

Nicholas holds an Honours Degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Master’s Degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He is also a graduate of Nanyang Business School, delivered in partnership with Imperial College and Chicago Booth and previously served as President of the Singapore Business Association of Vietnam.

Wai Foo brings over three decades of leadership experience in property and facilities management, having started his career in 1990 and subsequently holding senior roles across Singapore, China, and Vietnam. Before joining IOI Properties, he headed Property Management for Keppel Land Singapore, Keppel Land China, and Keppel Land Vietnam, where he was responsible for Grade A office towers, premium residential developments, and large-scale mixed-use projects.

During his posting in China, Wai Foo was concurrently Project Head for two residential projects and one mixed-use development, where he oversaw design coordination, construction progress, stakeholder management, ensuring successful delivery alongside his property management leadership portfolio. In Vietnam, he served as Head of Sustainable Urban Renewal, where he advanced Keppel Vietnam’s sustainability agenda and achieved significant cost savings through operational efficiency and value-added initiatives.

Wai Foo holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Reading and is a certified Property and Facility Manager.

For over 10 years, she was involved in the full spectrum of property development, from identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, land acquisition, design and project construction to project completion, sales, leasing and property management. Projects she managed include condominium properties like The Trilinq, Cape Royale and Seascape, as well as mixed-use developments such as South Beach and the newly completed IOI Central Boulevard Towers.

She currently oversees the Government Relations portfolio at IOI Properties Singapore. She plays a key role in understanding government policies and strategic vision, identifying investment and collaboration opportunities to align the positioning of the company’s projects.

She holds a Master of Science (Real Estate Development) from Massachusetts institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) from National University of Singapore.
